Refund policy

Due to the age of the games and the different conditions of packaging, all items are sold as-is.

However, we want to work with you so that you are satisfied with your purchase. We make our best effort to point out any flaws in descriptions and photos because we want you to have as much information as possible before you make this collectable purchase -- even if such information lowers our earnings potential. Before an item goes out the door, we have tested it on one of our consoles to a gameplay activity stage to confirm the games are playable (just a loading screen is not sufficient for us).  

Once you receive the item, you may find that the condition of it is different than what you understood the condition to be or what you could discern from photos.  You have 48 hours in which to request a return of an item, but we request that you film the opening of the package to verify the condition of the item at the point at which you received it. We know that's a lot to ask, but it's the only way we can combat bait-and-switch tactics.
